This blouse makes me think of something they might wear on Downton Abbey. I just need a high-waisted, ankle length, a-line skirt to wear with it.

    Folk Wear’s Walking Skirt might do the trick for you. I’ve used it countless times, not always for costumes. Love this blouse’s sleeves!

        Because of width of placket, the only fastener needed is a button or a hook at the waist. Takes far less fabric than I ever imagined. Lucky you, to live near a place that carries the line!
