Wore the dress

So I wore the dress last night out to dinner at a swanky restaurant in NYC, and the hostess asked me if it was the Bottega Veneta dress. I told her I made it, and then she brought us to THE CORNER TABLE!! I guess she was so impressed with my sewing skills that she thought I deserved a good table.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. Oddly, this is far from the most difficult thing I’ve ever made, but it seems to have a lot of bang for the buck.

      Thanks! This is still a very popular post. I’m glad people like it, but the dress itself is now at the point where it has seen better days.
